5 stars: Always punctual - in fact usually a few minutes early. Drivers are always really nice and polite. Never anything but excellent service.
4 stars: Good but could be improved! The search function needs improvement, it sometimes fails to recognise a street, even when the whole street name has been typed in. There is no option to review or rate your taxi journey. This should definitely be added. What would be amazing is the addition of an address book, where customers can save their favourite addresses or frequent journeys.
4 stars: Overall, good app. Address search can be better - in my experience I could not find a local train station by just putting in its name - app would show me all sorts of addresses, but not the train station. You really need to type in the correct address of a place, even with a postcode. More intuitive search would improve the app.
3 stars: The drivers are great, and if you pre book the cars are pretty prompt. There was definitely a dip in service during covid, but this has been steadily improving since, and it's cheaper than uber :)
3 stars: I've reinstalled the app and it's still not updating. I have to put in a previous destination just for it to accept my booking. When I call the automated voice it acknowledges your booking, but it leaves you thinking if your taxi is actually on it's way or not. Please sort out the app!
