5 stars: I have SD cards installed. I was able to watch the videos stored on the SD cards before the last update. Now, I can only see real time and nothing from the SD card so it's now useless. Please fix this. Or its useless to 1) have an SD card 2) no access to recorded video. Update: Developer pointed out that the SD recordings are still available under the Intercom section and Playback. Thank you for the prompt response.
4 stars: There is no Gimbal Settings in Basic Settings, but I could see Pan Tilt Left Right and it worked, so thanks for that. I can't find where to set the default position of the camera. Each time it tracks a motion it will stop where the object disappeared and it won't back to the default position.
3 stars: Alarm came on no reason, no instructions how to turn it off. It keeps coming on every few seconds. So annoying, and suddenly my phone can't connect to the camera even after reset. Amended review, after manufacture reset 3 times, the alarm finally off and back to normal. Hope the alarm doesn't come on again.
2 stars: I have a very bad experience with this app. Even after the camera being connected with broadband router with a Cat 6 RJ45 Ethernet cable, this application always keeps disconnecting from the same router off and on.
