5 stars: It's nice being able to view all orders in one place, especially the tracking info. We live in a rural area, and sometimes we have to go to the depot in town to pick up orders. However, often there is no notification call from the depot, because they don't have receiver phone numbers. The Shop app means no more missed or returned orders for me. Thank you.
5 stars: Edit2: Spoke to them directly, they asked for some info on some of my orders and I provided them. They were able to look into and fix the issues. Back to 5 stars for me! Edit: I used to really love this app, but now they focus on shopping through the app and 90% of my orders stay stuck in
4 stars: It's pretty good at keeping track of my orders and having them all organized and easy to find in one place. I wish it wouldn't randomly log me out of my Amazon tracking but that's not a big deal. Only downside to this app is if you use multiple emails for your purchases because, even though it gives you the option to add more emails to the app, one the first one i put in works for tracking.
4 stars: It's helpful but can also be annoying. Like it puts any vendor that happens to have a Shopify checkout into your favourites. Even if you will never use that vendor again and never want to see it again. There does not appear to be a way to turn off favourites on the home screen of the app. Wish there was. Its tracking capabilities are also a bit sketch - frequently have to mark a package delivered manually....
