5 stars: App is useful but I don't understand why this app is too heavy. Final purpose of this app is only to recharge and to check data balance. Most of the people are not interested in checking any other stuff you are showing on this app. It takes too long to update data balance. Atleast please make a light and fast WIDGET which can show balance data on home screen. It will be very useful to track our data.
5 stars: This app allows you to recharge your phone number even with the absence of an active internet plan. I mean that you can use the myJio app to recharge the phone number, which has currently run out of data (i.e. only have internet access to myJio app but for no other apps in case there's no active data connection on the phone right now.) That's the winner for me.
4 stars: ~~App does not show true state of their network. It just pings some server and does a speed test to determine if network is okay. Doesn't show if network is conjested. From 6am to 2am their network is down always. Another useless Indian company. Doing things halfway as always.~~ Edit: looks like my phone's sim slot hardware went bad. No problems from second sim slot. Sorry Jio care. My bad. I changed rating from 1 star to 4.
