5 stars: Incredibly fun game. I've probably played this game more than any other cyoa style game. I love the characters, who really feel like their own people with their own charms and foibles. I love the level of customization, and how that customization is worked into the narrative in a meaningful way. The story can be a bit campy, but I think even then (especially then?) it is very fun and charming.
3 stars: Good writing... But it's just way too short. I finished the whole story in just 2 hours, it really feels more like a prologue than an actual story. Too many characters that got little to no time, too many concepts left underdeveloped, not really any point to the character building, tried to introduce just too many things but had absolutely no time to develop and so even though there is a finale it feels like there is no payoff.
