4 stars: Viu has the best kdrama collection, But: 1. Do not use FB Sign in or we must buy again thru phone or email sign in, if we want to access on TV. 2. Playback can't resume once you switch gadget. Viu can not synchronise. 3. Many shows are not available on TV, for example: Good Witch. 4. Subtitle and playback speed can't be customized like Netflix or others. 5. On TV, Viu keeps crashing. Interface is somewhat poor.
4 stars: wide range of shows but can't play downloaded show without internet connection. this is especially frustrating. the purpose of downloads is to allow users watching the show even without the connection / during offline.
3 stars: Drama or film shows are Not connected between devices (mobile phone, laptops and Android tv), Indonesian subtitles are also slow to display in the latest episode
2 stars: my viu experienced under maintenance in these few days. It took quite a long time for the maintenance. therefore, I uninstalled it and and then re-installed the apps. unfortunately, i cannot use my account eventhough i already bought premium account. may i know what is the problem and what is the solution for this problem?
