5 stars: Things are very intuitive in its use. You log in and choose your book and download chapters individually. One page is shown at a time, swiping up or down is how you go from page to page.
4 stars: Every time I load up the app, I have to redownload my textbook. All my highlights from previous sessions are still there, but I don't understand what the point of redownloading is. It also asks if you want to jump back to your last recorded place every time. Don't do it though, because the last time it recorded your place is always a week ago.
4 stars: Much improved over previous versions, though when having the text read audibly, the system completely skips any numbered or bulleted paragraphs. This cost the app a star.
3 stars: app is serviceable. the audio feature is a pain to navigate with it being difficult to select what you want to hear. it would be nice to change the colors of the page and fonts. the page flipping is surprisingly finicky. it's not left to right page turning but up to down. my page keeps flipping when I haven't finished reading the last paragraph.
