5 stars: The app is very easy to use, once you get used to it. I really enjoy that you can specialize and make your drink (hot or cold) exactly they way you want it everytime. No more waiting in line, and much faster at the drive thru, usually my order is ready when I pull up. The built in tipping function is great, so is the secure manual or auto reload payment options.
5 stars: This app makes it super easy to order ahead, or use it to pay in store (whether that be with a gift card or PayPal). You can also reload your balance. You can earn stars by ordering in the app or scanning the app in store. I didn't expect to be accumulating stars so quickly. There are also occasional opportunities to earn extra stars. Stars can be redeemed for free drinks, food, and merchandise.
4 stars: The app was updated for the holidays. Interesting the iOS app icon didn't change, but the android version has a red ring around it (yes, I get it for the holiday season). Please keep it consistent with both operating systems. At least, everything works in the app. - Google Pixel 6 Pro
4 stars: Would be good if you could apply more than 155 stars per mobile order. As it is now, if using enough accumulated stars to get more than one item, you have to place more than one order which makes more work for the the baristas. Mobile ordering shouldn't be optional at locations. Also, please work on an option to place a mobile order and use a reusable cup.
