5 stars: Great alternative for national express, not to mention that is way more affordable and the bus drivers do a great job.
5 stars: Quick and easy to use and it is really accessible as all you have to do is scan the barcode under the scanner on the bus.
4 stars: The app is easy to use and order tickets through, though the maps and live arrival times are often very slow or incorrect. I use google maps for those instead.
4 stars: Great experience. But definitely work on the live feeds of the buses. That's the only negative
3 stars: Fine but not trustworthy. If you have a poor internet connection you won't get anywhere with activating the tickets and I have had to pay a couple of times as I did not have time to restart the phone. GPS is awful and location is very erratic. It's fine but I won't give up my Key Card yet.
3 stars: I have had to turn off G Pay because system insists on taking money instead of using preloaded tickets
2 stars: Tickets often do not load or app can't connect to internet for a long time even with good internet connection. This leads to awkward bus situations where you can't access your ticket and the drivers are not very understanding of this. Additionally there are rarely updates about buses being cancelled (especially the 3A) which making this service hard to rely on for timely arrival.
