5 stars: Previously I was not happy with this app and had checked all settings which were correct. Yesterday my wife rebooted her phone and when it came back up there was a messages 'alarms available' and I turned it on and magic happened I started getting the messages from the Libra 2. It is definitely worth using this app.

4 stars: The app has been a great help! Couldnt live without it as a mother of a diabetic. But since last update (20.4.2022) by Samsung, the notification sounds from the app changed to something that is not my notification and can't really hear it. App doesn't let you choose the sound yourself, neither does phone settings, so I dont know where is it taking these new very short beeps.
3 stars: Update 2: I already submitted the support ticket. Do I need to submit again? Update: I was told to submit my issue and they would follow up shortly, but they never did. It's been 7 weeks. The app should alert you when it's been more than 8 hours without scanning. Also, there should be a way to get an audio alert for an urgent low while the phone is on silent (particularly useful while sleeping at night).
3 stars: It was working fine until the last update in March 2022. Now the alarms are silent notifications instead of audible alarms. I have contacted support in the UK but haven't yet received a response. Support is non existent for this app. How...
