5 stars: It's nice being able to view all orders in one place, especially the tracking info. We live in a rural area, and sometimes we have to go to the depot in town to pick up orders. However, often there is no notification call from the depot, because they don't have receiver phone numbers. The Shop app means no more missed or returned orders for me. Thank you.
4 stars: It's pretty good at keeping track of my orders and having them all organized and easy to find in one place. I wish it wouldn't randomly log me out of my Amazon tracking but that's not a big deal. Only downside to this app is if you use multiple emails for your purchases because, even though it gives you the option to add more emails to the app, one the first one i put in works for tracking.
4 stars: It works well. If you link your Amazon account to the app it constantly randomly disconnects. Super fustrating especially when you're waiting for multiple orders from Amazon. Other than that it's nice to see the updates of all orders in one place with our having to keep track of all the order email super closely.

It just took me 10 minutes, scrolling through the different tabs of the app to find how to manually add a tracking when it used to be so clear.
