5 stars: Works pretty well as long as you take a minute to set it up for how you want to use it. I've found that if I'm using NortonVPN with a connection that has a VPN installed, it won't connect properly - just tell the app to make that spot safe and no more issues. Not the fastest VPN I've used, but IMO, one of the better ones.
4 stars: Great app, does its job well with only minimal impact on some websites. The only problem is there is no option to automatically turn on VPN for individual secure networks. For example, at work my network is 'secure' because it has a password, but the password is available to the public so I would love the app to automatically turn on VPN when I connect to the 'secure' work network. Other than that, great job.
3 stars: Was doing its job before I had to uninstall it for not being able to turn it off. When trying to connect to an airplane satellite WiFi, I was constantly getting DNS errors. Decided to turn my VPN off to see if it was the issue. But since there was no internet available, the app just showed a
2 stars: VPN works good and fast during internet surfing. The problem is it delays incoming messages and causes music apps to stop playing when the screen is locked. There is Split Tunnelling option but it feels like it crashes sometimes, you never know when cause it's deep in the settings and you ain't got any reports about it happening. Don't bother reporting issues - customer support is ignoring you.
