5 stars: Very easy to order, track orders, find invoices, etc. What could be improved is the search function.
5 stars: Best delivery ever, especially the easybox. Also always prompt in answering via email in case of a problem. Safe payments. All in all a five star app.
4 stars: There's bug when trying to make a travel insurance for Family. You cannot select the insurance button at the end, so cannot finish the process. Also, Travel Euroins is the only option and it says that it's not available after you add it to cart. Web version is different from mobile. Remove the feature if it doesn't work. It was a waste of time!
3 stars: It's a necessary evil. The prices aren't the best, they opt for showing ads on google on the first page but if you look some more you'll most probably find the same products for less elsewhere, then you have the notifications which can buzz you even 3 or 4 times a day for stuff you don't need. But on the other hand it's a very ellaborated portal, it provides almost everything you want and it really helps having the easybox experience.
2 stars: When I have an issue with an order, and I write a complaint, they will address it ( some times they will even resolve it or give me a 2 euro discount... Wow... ), but they will NEVER EVER publish the reviews on the seller or product page în order to keep the ratings up. Emag: If you dare to reply... Please reply in English
