5 stars: It is great way to access sites that are unavailable through a restricted hot spot and it provides privacy if that is something matters. You do have to reconnect a couple a day, but it really is free and it only takes a few seconds to reconnect.
4 stars: While the ads can get annoying, a simple solution is to just close out of the app. This VPN is far more consistent and reliable than anything else on the play store even with the free version, from my experience at least. Protocol D seems to be the best protocol BTW. Also, please bring back being able to select the location without having to buy premium. Thanks.
3 stars: Its ok. Free, and no data limit like most. But won't always let you connect to free servers, even if other users nearby can. By far the biggest issue is the instability. Doing anything fast, active, or that uses a lot of small rapid packets (like videogames) will quickly cause it to disconnect and shut down suddenly. But otherwise its not a bad choice.
3 stars: Was very good when I got it to work, considering that it connected on networks that even paid VPNs like NordVPN were unable to. After updating my LG G6 to Android 8.0.0 however, connecting the VPN just reboots my phone. It appears other people are having this issue as well, so keep in mind you may not be able to use this app at all. If you can get it to work, it's great.
