4 stars: Would've been 5 stars but sometimes I select a price and then the price changes before I arrive at my destination. Since I'm visiting and don't have WiFi everywhere, I don't get any notification regarding the change. I don't think the price should change once I have already accepted the old price. This has happened several times now. Otherwise muy Bueno.
4 stars: Its a good app in general. Be aware that drivers accept the trips and then cancel them. I then realised that it was because I was on a main street and they couldn't stop. The app should mention this. I had to wait 15 min or more and had 4 drivers cancel, it was quite frustrating. The rating system has limited options for what went wrong. If I write a comment but don't select one of those options it doesn't let me rate 😑
3 stars: Service is good but have cash! The majority of our trips have been cash because their online credit card system not working. Watch status cuz 1 driver tried to get us to cancel trip after accepting so he would get cancelation fee. Another canceled the trip to pocket the cash. It is much cheaper than other transportation.
