4 stars: (7/28/22) The latest update didn't 'fix' anything... it just broke more. Watch no longer connects to my phone despite numerous troubleshooting tips. 😬 (8/2/22) I ended up trying to back up data, which prompted Bluetooth connection via androids settings. Once that happened, the app was able to find the device! I was preparing to completely wipe and reset, but thankfully not needed!
3 stars: Giving it three stars until they decide to separate the battery power for both earbuds into separate numbers. I've always had an issue with the right earbud dying much quicker on two different models pro and plus and combining them makes me feel like Samsung is hiding something. I shouldn't have to put one in the case to see the others battery power. Besides that, the app functions fine.
2 stars: This app can be annoying. It's nice at first, but this update thing, not so much. My watch kept vibrating every few seconds to tell me about an update available. I would be in my phone and whatever I was doing would just crash and it would pop up. I tried to update it numerous times only for it to then crash. Finally uninstalled and reinstalled. I hope this solves the problem.
