5 stars: I gave this 1 star before because I couldn't connect to any of the servers. I installed it a couple of weeks ago and not once did it work. However, after posting the review, the developer team got in touch with me immediately and asissted. Now it works fine. Turns out I just need to switch on the Multi Port function because apparently the port was blocked.
4 stars: It's a good VPN, however sometimes when there is change in networks like data to wifi or connecting to a different wifi automatically, it stops working, means it stop mobile access to internet, so you have to disconnect the VPN and reconnect. Sometime it's very annoying, specially when you are driving and it stops working and your map doesn't have access to your network anymore, so you have to stop your card and disconnect the VPN.
4 stars: Excellent customer service is why the 4 stars! The service itself is very good and though sheds fluctuate a bit it is barely noticeable while streaming certain services. Otherwise excellent connection speeds and no major glitches that I've come across. Happy to recommend your product offering.
3 stars: After using the app for couple of days I am really disappointed, connection keeps dropping, speed is somewhat ok, split tunneling not working properly, app keeps restarting. I hope they fix it. Btw don't get me started on windows app, that app is a pain. Pleaseeeeee do something about the apps
