5 stars: From the user friendly interface to the top notch directory of vendors,this app is super helpful in planning everything! Reviews and reference images help so much in finalizing or selecting which ones to go with!!! It makes the whole process so much organized and better!!
4 stars: Team is prompt in responding to any issues and helps in resolving. Helpful website but I would recommend to cross check vendors as lots of newly inexperienced vendors posts friendly reviews and then get away with meagre job.
4 stars: Simple and beautiful app. Easy to navigate. Has a variety of vendors and for different budget estimates.
2 stars: It's a request to update the quotations of all the vendors. To all the vendors that I talked to and told them the prices that I saw on the app, all of them said that those prices are 2-3 years older. So, please update the quotations so that it gets easier for us to do the bookings. Also, the contact numbers of a lot of vendors are invalid or not in service. So, please update them also.
2 stars: I tried unlocking a deal by paying the amount displayed for a vendor. After the transaction, no deal is revealed or added to my account. The UI isn't clear on how the deal works. Once someone pays for a deal, it should be displayed in my account somewhere. Don't have an easy way to contact support in the app. You should always display a number or email for customers to contact if they need anything. Poor customer service!!!
