5 stars: Love! Im a hairstylist and have been using vagaro for the last 6 years. It is by far the best booking app I have used. The appointment reminders and conformation txt sent to clients alone are worth it! The live chat is great very helpful, the online booking for clients is easy to navigate through even for the non techy people. The ability to keep all client notes in one spot is great. Highly recommend
5 stars: App is great for booking, the only downside is when customers book themselves, they sometimes don't choose the right service, and it can really put things in a bind when everyone needs a one hour service but only booked themselves for a 30 minute timeslot service. = Always running behind all day.
4 stars: Vagaro is awesome, and I really enjoying it so far. However, it is too bad that it doesn't allow credit card processing in Canada yet. This means that I can't sell any memberships or use a variety of features. At least I can check out customers using cash or check and sell packages. Other than that the app is awesome and really easy to use, and the how to videos are helpful as well.
