4 stars: The company and service is excellent. Minus a star for the app. There is no in-app help explaining what each setting means. There is no link in the app to a website. Torguard doesn't even have a manual online or it's so well hidden I couldn't find it. Several
4 stars: Wireguard is here and it works (kind of) ! Love it. It connects and verifies, but then after some time starts to look for server host name and gets stuck on detecting. I had noticed the same issue with the desktop app, but there you can switch it off in the Network options. No such option is available here though.
2 stars: App often fails and must stay open in order to function. Always on feature fails. App crashes frequently. Not sure it's worth the $12/month for spotty service. VPN dependent on app staying open. Seems like it would be easier to input the VPN manually in settings. It's cumbersome and unnecessary since the VPN shows up under settings anyway. I would prefer a VPN service that allows for manual connections from an Android device.
2 stars: India servers removed. Not that it matters to me. I just don't see the point of this being a paid service and countries being dropped randomly.
