5 stars: I love using seat geek! I have scored some really good concert tickets. Sometimes though people selling their tickets think that they have a gold mine and they try to rake you over the coals. So you just have to try to find the best deal that you can get. Overall, I would say it is an easy app to use.
3 stars: so far so good the only thing I don't like is you can't exchange for better tickets if you want even if they've been there for a month. but so far I haven't had issues good ticket service just needs better customer service and relation
2 stars: Fees ruin the whole experience. You will see a good deal and then go to check out and the price has doubled due to made up fees. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the prices tend to be lower here but after fees it's the same price if not more expensive so does it matter anyway? Also they won't deliver your tickets until 24 hours before the event and I've heard of people not getting their tickets.
2 stars: Perhaps just doesn't play well with my Moto G7+. Was able to install without any issues. When logging into the app with my password, I get a general error that says
