5 stars: I like the mortgage calculator. I put in addresses from other sites to get to that house to see it. The breakdown of the taxes, price history, Tools I use everytime.
4 stars: honestly, trulia seems to have a pretty good setup compared to some of the other apps, and it feels like it is more effective for getting in contact with people quickly about properties.
4 stars: Love the app. The only thing I would change is to filter out mobile homes/ any home with lot rent, or include lot rent as part of the hoa so I can filter out. Not willing to pay more than 500$ on any hoa. Everything else seems to be pretty great.
2 stars: Keeps sending rental alerts from areas I looked at once months ago. Checked settings and searches to make sure nothing was saved. Went to the full blown web site and checked settings there too. Very annoying.
2 stars: Uninstalling because I can't turn off notifications for recommendations. All I want is my saved searches notifications. Help Center says to tap on the settings button in the alert screen but there is no settings button on the alerts screen.
