4 stars: I love the life fasting app and will be sticking with it. This app seems really good and comprehensive but it has too much going on and I don't see a reason to switch from the fasting app. If you want something that does more than the fasting app then this is great. However, for me, it's just more than necessary as I just want the fasting timer really.
3 stars: There's a bug in the meditation pillar and the lifeology courses don't open fully. Please fix
3 stars: I am uninstalling because I find this app tedious. Samsung health already tracks my sleep and activity and I use myfitnesspal to track my food. I would maybe use this if it integrated with other apps, so I don't have one more thing to input. While I am on the app, I get pop up notifications telling me it has been awhile. The life fasting is perfect for my needs at the moment.
2 stars: Perhaps there is a way to stop the many notifications, but I could not find it. Got tired of being notified about health articles on some website, or how awesome I am etc, thanks but not for me.
