5 stars: I can't open the app anymore. It says it's temporary unavailable. Well this sucks because I don't want to go to the branch because of the long lines. I always pay my contribution via app. I hope they do something about it. I haven't yet paid my January 2022 contribution. I hope they fix it real soon. I'll change my 1 star to 5 star then.
5 stars: I can't log in to my account. It says wrong password, I tried resetting it butbit says it doesn't exist, tried through chrome instead of the app but it says my account is locked. This is so frustrating.
4 stars: Changing my review it reached the ok word for me..a lot of things are still missing from what the Site can provide and also keep it up. 👍
3 stars: Its a nice app to monitor contributions. This app will come in handy when generating prns on the go. Since this is a mobile app, i hope theres a way to just copy the PRN when paying, with e-wallet for example, instead of manually typing them to avoid mistakes too.
3 stars: Can't get any useful information with this new version. Limited to no access to any functional service.. waste of peopeles money and time
2 stars: I think it's better if we can change our names using the app or on web it is easier for me specially having a long long name. Inconvenience to go to the nearest SSS branch because they don't allow to get in if you meet the early cut off.
2 stars: I can log in but my actual premium is zero and it says NULL. I have paid for almost a year...
