5 stars: DIDI is always the best price compared to competitors by far. They are always quick to find & allocate drivers, who are usually picking you up in just a few minutes. Drivers are competent at choosing best routes & are generally well skilled & not slow. Most of the drivers are well spoken & easy to have a chat with. Good work Didi!!!
4 stars: Would've been 5 stars but sometimes I select a price and then the price changes before I arrive at my destination. Since I'm visiting and don't have WiFi everywhere, I don't get any notification regarding the change. I don't think the price should change once I have already accepted the old price. This has happened several times now. Otherwise muy Bueno.
4 stars: finally worked!! turns out the app didn't want my phone to be in English and me being in Mexico, the app automatically thought I had to be in UK, so it was just a small bug I guess, I just switched to Spanish and everything went smoothly, then switched back to English and the app still works so definitely is just a small bug 😬😋❤️
