5 stars: Good app. The packaging for shipping is very hit or miss with close to 50% in poor condition upon arrival with contents smashed to oblivion. I've had boxes arrive falling apart. BB&B does send replacement items but that has to hurt their bottom line and occasionally when I ask for replacement, the item is no longer in stock.
4 stars: It's very challenging to add your 20% off and even more challenging to add a coupon for 20% off the entire order. So that you then have to order and still go into the store to correct this. What a pain. I have to think it's the app.
4 stars: The BBB app is easy to use...I find it very convient with keeping track of my orders and delivery dates.
3 stars: I seem to periodically have trouble with this app on my phone. It sometimes doesn't recognize my phone. And sometimes asks me to sign in multiple times. And lastly, my purchase history is missing from 2020 and 2021.
2 stars: easy to use as far as ordering, but trying to get to your orders/purchase history is terrible. you have to constantly log in an get out of app then go back into it before it will bring up your info. needs to be easier to get to account and orders.
