5 stars: Update 7/19/22: it's no longer crashing! Yay! Back in love with it! Thank you tech team for fixing the glitch. Update: 7/15/22: it keeps closing the remote after 1 second. I've tried reinstalling it and it's still doing it. Is there a glitch you're working on? I'll be more than happy to put my rating back up once this is fixed. But extremely frustrating! Works great! Especially since the kids are always running away with the controls...lol
3 stars: I have had a great experience but a couple of days ago evey time I try to use the t.v remote on the smart things app it automatically sends me back to the home screen. I am really upset because that's what I used as a remote because I am a quadriplegic and it helped me alot. I have tried almost everything to fix it. If there is a way to fix that it would be amazing!
2 stars: Works great for the most part, i love how easy it was to set my TV up, it just ripped all my phone data and logged into my wifi. And it's very convenient to find ads on my Samsung TV, because every time i exit the settings menu, POW! There they are! I can control my TV with my phone, which is really cool. I just have to sort through 5 menus to get there. Make a TV remote widget, you beautiful geniuses, and you'll get 2 more stars! Yay!
