5 stars: While I am using this app, there is a error can't open it. I made uninstall and installed again but the app don't open. How can I do other solving ways.

2 stars: Been weeks now I cannot open this app and have to go to website to lock in to buy data and load cards. I will change to another provider soon.
2 stars: What happened? The previous version was great, now after I have updated this newest version, Operation failed onky appeared on the screen, nothing more. I can't buy data package after filling up top-up card. All my phine bill run out now. It doesn't work. :-(
