5 stars: These smart plugs are the easiest to set up of all the plugs I have tried. The user interface in the app is simple to use, and very straightforward interactions. I have multiple devices setup now, some automated on timers, and others grouped for quick activation. I highly recommend this company
5 stars: This product is: * A software to help to set-up controls for my home's first intelligent switches. * It also adds your controller to the most popular software available in the market for virtual assistance (i.e. Alexa) * It has a clean UI that is also very intuitive for the DIY learner. * It has so far all the products that I have purchased. 5 starts. 3 stars: For one, the software is finicky at best. Sometimes when I click to turn on the water valve, it's just frozen, won't do anything. I have to force it to shut down, restart and then it might work. It also sometimes takes a while before the valve comes on but it doesn't show in the app it's working on it so I wind up clicking more than once and it will go on and then off again. Very frustrating. Also loses timer settings after power failure.
3 stars: Does not support using NFC tags in automation. Only electrical devices can be added. All the devices I've tried have been compatible with the app, but some are better than others. When automation routines fail to trigger you have to figure out what you did wrong, it doesn't tell you what the conflict was. Not very user friendly. It ofte...
