5 stars: Has Improved a lot since last used during school years. Recently moved from HK Island to Kowloon, can't live without this app. Not sure why it's rated lower than the NWFB one, probably due to negative reviews earlier? It's fast & responsive, the layout is easy to navigate, and the ETA is generally accurate, at least in my case.
5 stars: Excellent tracking and location
4 stars: the app is great, however, the bus mins til arrival is overestimate by one to two minutes, sometime I missed because of this and when out click out of a bus page the 2mins left bus is gone. its grest but still need some work to fix it, other then that, it accurately shows delayed bus route as well as other useful information. this function is great and time saving.
3 stars: - Timing has improved since its introduction a few years ago, but its still an estimation rather than accurate GPS tracking - Massive ad pop-up for every page I visit, very annoying - Point to point route search is poor and almost unusable + Interface is quite clean and easy to use however, better than their Citybus counterpart
3 stars: Search function not usually working. When ran out of 4G data and get into reduced speed, the app hold for a few minutes at beginning (probably cannot load ad). That is annoying when there is urgency for bus info.
