5 stars: Connectivity issues persist if device is removed from App due to unresponsiveness. Still requires full factory reset on device to clear out settings and re-add to this app again...even when the network settings did not change, ugh. Clear cache option for devices through the SmartThings app would be nice and may help that issue. That or a dedicated app for the soundbar alone would also be nice. Thx
4 stars: Nothing works. Can't add devices. Also can't change locations when invited to another location. All
3 stars: I have the app connected to various devices, including my garage door for remote open/close. What seems to be happening is the app wants to load
2 stars: I use this mostly for my headset connection, which I hop on/off all day. Most of the time the display isn't accurate as to whether the device is connected. Additionally, the location button for each paired device jumps around upon opening and doesn't settle in the same spot so I have to hunt for the device each time I try to connect/disconnect. Annoying.
