5 stars: I appreciate all of the opportunities that the universe app offers but the app often crashes and is still very laggy after almost 2 years. Edit 6/17/22: App updated and reorganized. It feels like universe took the users comments to heart and redesigned certain aspects of the app. It's not easy to use and does not crash. Thank you!
4 stars: Artists can send voice messages now in private message but we can't save it, please allow save function. Is there no way to copy text because the auto translation sometimes can be bad and need to be externally translated. Please allow to search through FNS and private messages. The app is much better than previous, but it still can be better. Please allow us to get free
3 stars: Overall I haven't had much issues. It is slow but I can usually get it to work okay if I just restart the app. HOWEVER, since the last update it says you need a subscription to view the content. What is the point of the kklaps then? I have about 15000 but cant even use them anymore? Is this just a glitch that will be fixed? If not, I'll have to delete. I don't want to pay for a supscription, I was doing fine with the kklaps.
