5 stars: Good game overall. Keeps you busy and not for too long that it's a burnout just keep up to date to your properties and strategies are nice for a specific type of building or buy your favorite stores totally up to you. The game does have ads but only if you want more coins or double profit and honestly I'm not a fan of ads but this is extremely manageable.
4 stars: Game is fun and relaxing. However, to upgrade skills, maximum properties and some other things, you need coins. Which can either be obtained through paying, or through watching ads. And if you want to play without spending a dime, like me, you'll be seeing a lot of ads. But it is worth it to flex on the poor. Unfortunately, the default white-beared landlord is the only option in terms of mascot.
3 stars: I definitely like the concept, it's an all right game as it sits. When you try to double up by watching ads it crashes, and when I first started I got suitcases but the icon at the top is Frozen. It crashes when I'm actually mobile and playing the game. Keep working on it and I'm sure it will be a great game. I would fix the bugs before I started adding anything.
2 stars: Editing my comment after the major overhaul to the game. Used to be pretty good, barely playable now. Game stops everytime I head to the the real world maps. I only see a list of properties, but when I close the list to see the map, screen goes black and then I get booted out. Probably not gonna cut it for new players.
