5 stars: very user-friendly easy to navigate definitely 10/10 app and support staff are wonderful I had 1 issue and that was at the beginning but duh on my part lol
4 stars: It's good so far. My only issue I have had was setting up the invoice format. Really tricky and not easy to get the information in the order it was needed. Instead I needed to keep playing around with the format until it slightly worked. Ie, I have bank details in phone numbers, ABN in the address section.
3 stars: decent, no actual direct help line, email help lags, sometimes when you email out the invoices, clients do not recieve. so I have to email it to myself then forward.....I'm looking for another app currently

2 stars: This is a great app until they started charging a monthly fee. I paid for the pro version 3 years ago, now all of a sudden I have to pay a monthly fee to use it. Keep your stupid app
