4 stars: Besides the lagging, it was very nice and actually winable. I won two things! That's pretty rare (for me) in a game like this. However, the fact that you HAVE to get membership to have things shipped to you is a let down. I understand needing to make a profit somehow, but maybe you can try ads? I don't know much about this kind of thing, but I know that it really sucks you have to pay more than shipping to get your prizes to you.
4 stars: The game is alright as game lags quite often and won something as a beginner. The customer service is really quick and good. The claw is loose (like any other) but I am generally happy winning only that one thing and for the fun. Warning: you can't play beginner once you are VIP (currently £6.99). Item finally arrived and was great. Came quicker than expected.
3 stars: Screen froze constantly or has a black screen. Both games I played and had won weren't the prize image it displayed, the 3rd game I tried to play had completely froze and I wasn't able to play/move the claw at all. Just took my tookens from me. I had perfect connection, so I'm not sure why the game functioning properly
