5 stars: Among all the other similar apps, Tazz has been the most constant, if that makes sense. I know what to expect and I get it every single time. No issues so far, very user-friendly design, and plenty of good deals with many restaurants. I can't comment on customer support yet since there were no problems. But, so far so good!
4 stars: Great app, but it lacks English UI. The whole point of having apps is to offer them to the wide population, including tourists and those who relocate. I had to use Google Translate on the web version of Tazz to understand what's going on, and I must say that a simple Google Translate is enough to be able to navigate the app and make an order. You could add this as an in-app functionality.
3 stars: I like the app,the fact that everything is sorted, the visibility you have on the daily menus, easy access, customer support that answers quickly. The problem is that i cant see any of the delivery times, users need to know which restaurant would be the quickest, we cant wait 2 hours for a restaurant to send the order when another delivers in 30 mins.
