5 stars: Absolutely amazing! Super easy set up, not to mention awesome customer service! Quick and easy. If I could rate this higher if I would, I spoke to live people when I needed help, they're there for you no matter how silly of an issue. Activation was easier than i thought thanks to the reps and easy transfer! The app is awesome first off not paying a phone bill every month game changer for sure! I'll be recommending this service to anyone.
5 stars: I absolutely loved Mint mobile. The customer service, the simple billing--everything was great. I really regretted having to switch to TMobile, but had no choice because I needed watches to communicate with my kids while they're away from me. Unfortunately, Mint is currently not compatible with watches, but if they do figure this out, I would switch back in a heartbeat! T-Mobile customer service is absolutely terrible!
4 stars: Overall, my experience with Mint has been good. Very hassle free and I haven't run into the speed and connection issues others have reported. I suspect it's because I mostly use my phone in a high coverage area. The app dashboard does need some work. It should include more information like your monthly usage history.
3 stars: Good app, good savings. However Mint Mobile starting to become yet another cellphone company that passes savings along to entice new customers rather than rewarding loyalty. Might be looking at switching services with all the new customer discounts going on everywhere...
