5 stars: App works well. You can scan the food's bar codes to get correct nutrition info and makes changes afterwards toward portions consumed ! You can copy over item to next days. You can also create a food item. Love it

4 stars: Great app. Used it this time last year and lost weight. What I would love to see in an update of MacrosFirst is set a weigh in and choose what days you want to weigh in on, keep track of stats, and have a better break down on your macros. IE: show what you got to have for breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc....

3 stars: Looks ok but not what I need. I've installed and added my breakfast items, fine. The UI looks fine. But I need to be able to add my calories burned from my workouts and this doesn't have that. This is my biggest issue with all these food tracking apps. I have a super hard time figuring out if my eating is on target because I work out nearly daily so am constantly burning calories and need to lose fat.
