5 stars: Touched one button all fixed and I didn't have any problems having to read a bunch of printing and it frees up lots of space on my cellphone I just wish you would show me a in easy terms how to connect bluetooth from my cellphone to my printer, laptop and my radio (which is a Sony personal audio system zs-rs6obt. If you get a chance contact me and show me how to connect bluetooth on my cellphone, printer and radio.
4 stars: It's awesome to know that I can run some diagnostic tests on key elements. However, it does not read USB connection, I had to fill in the blue dots for proximity with my finger since my swipes weren't enough. There is no headphone port available for the Z Flip 3 5G. I do not own a wireless charger. So the final rating will not be 100% Perhaps you could provide an option saying 'not owned' or 'not included'.
5 stars: I accidentally deleted all of my text messages and didn't know how to retrieve them . I messaged Samsung and within 24 hours I had a response, guiding me through the process of restoring my messages ! It was easier than I imagined and I have all of my important messages back in place!!
5 stars: This app is a really good way to test my Samsung phone to keep it in stable condition. It allows me to know what's wrong with my phone and what needs to be done. Testing my phone regularly with this app will help keep it free of necessary repairs, unless it's a physical issue of course. Highly recommend to all Samsung users out there...
