5 stars: This game is amazingly good for a phone game. The physics are good enough that it forces you to drive like you do in console rally games; cutting every corner you can and linking them together, the way you can take a corner really fast if it's in a dip in the track, the way you have to let off the gas slightly if you are veering off track. So good. Cockpit view is also excellent.
4 stars: Probably the best rally game on mobile. Handling is perfectly balanced, and the AI is tough but manageable, creating a really competitive experience. However a few things that should be implemented are a manual transmission as the auto is pretty sluggish and down and up shifts at times where you need power. Longer stages would be much appreciated and cheaper/ more obtainable cars as well.
4 stars: The game is fun, and reminds me of DIRT RALLY. However, it seems as if CarX didn't even bother to make the cars feel different. This cars in this game feel like drift cars, and they're so 'floaty'. It's like playing CarX drift racing, but on a dirt track. Apart from that, it's a great game and I'm gonna keep playing it.
5 stars: been playing for an hour and everything is very smooth even on my average device. physics are great and controls are simple and easily customizable. the way the camera chases the car in 3rd person is perfect as well, this can make or break a game imo. very well done, been a fan of carX drift for years, thanks for this installment!
