5 stars: We live in a place with no taxi service - the population is too small to support it - so when we visited Moscow and St Petersburg this was our first experience with app-hailed taxi service. Yandex is absolutely awesome. Even when the GPS locator system didn't work perfectly (only once) and language was a barrier, we still connected and they got us where we needed to go quickly and cheerfully. Fabulous service, great drivers - thank you!
3 stars: why the app has been so glitchy from yesterday? constant connection failure, rebooting itself on the go. all other apps are working fine in my phone and the internet connection is stable. overall, it is quite good, but I will use not so glitchy apps.
5 stars: What I like most about Yandex Taxi is their customer service. When there is a problem, you can use the chat and the answers are useful and come in fast. They even answer you in English in non-anglophone countries. I am truly inpressed by the quality of their customer service!
3 stars: Everything is working fine except for map. If you are connected to wifi, map doesn't load data. It only works via mobile data and this is disappointing
3 stars: Kind of good app with very responsive support feature. Not detecting my where to location automatically. Costs more than mentioned (like not more than 6 com per km). And also I want to ask , do you have any discount for students?
