3 stars: It's a decent way to kill time, but... There is one level that even though I have the requirements to play it just takes my Staff Members energy enters the dialogue for the mission then resets back to the beginning. Also after a while it gets to repetitive. though adding the emergencies while operating is an upgrade from the first time I played.

4 stars: Pretty fun game with realistic graphic in general, but, there's a few problems: 1. During the disaster levels, I can't make the last stitch as it didn't register my movement, is that a bug? 2. The waiting takes way too long to process for building more rooms, sending staff for tasks and upgrading departments cost too much, I wish it was shorter and cheaper. Overall, it's still a great game but there's some minor things to fix.
4 stars: Would give it 5 star when i have just started. But recently i have realised that every time i enter the game, the app will just close after playing for about 2 minutes. It always happens when i try to appoint the staffs to their departments. I was trying to upgrade the dedication of my paramedic. Right after doing that, the game crashed on me and i lost both money and the supplies. Please fix this issue, thank you :).
