4 stars: i love everything booksy is about. i have been using it for years . i like the fact that they are always improving the app. two things tho, 1. the prepayment section i think you should add the option of amount instead of just percentages. thanks. 2. the appt reminder can it be sent 72 hrs as well as 24hrs prior that will be great.
3 stars: You need to add a faster way to delete clients off your system. Clicking on each one and going through the list takes so long. Especially if you have imported everyone from your contacts and you want to tidy up your client list.
5 stars: Using The Booksy Biz Booking App has been very helpful and exceptionally easy. I'm getting alot more bookings and it gives the clients freedom to book an appointment when they'd like without confusion. I'd recommend this booking app to anyone starting a new business that could use some organization and structure.
4 stars: So far I'm having a horrible experience I've reached out to customer service multiple times. Have been left on read from the chat options and I have yet to be able to access the app. Payment has been made maybe when I get some assistance I'll change the rating but for right now it deserves a one
