4 stars: Love the WSJ!! Great reporting and opinion pages. The app itself is a little glitchy sometimes, and i miss the ability to download today's paper for when im on the subway and dont have cellular service. Would be great if they could bring this back, and fix some of the bugs that make it freeze up or lag!
4 stars: The app and layout are good. Easy to read and navigate. Sometimes when I click on a push notification, I can't read the article. Even though I am in the app, I am being forced to log in. I need to close the app, go back in and find the article in the notifications section. It's an inconvenience, but it's a really annoying inconvenience.
3 stars: I like the layout and navigation within the app. However, opening articles from notifications is consistently problematic. There are often cases where you are required to sign in. Or now, the article does not always load, instead just a white screen. Issues with notifications are just far too common and should not continue to occur.
4 stars: Hello! The app is generally very good, but please consider adding a 'listen to this article' feature using automated narration. The Washington Post app has this and I find myself using that service more often because of it. I would like to see the Journal offer it as well, as I very much value your news coverage and opinion pieces. Thank you!
