5 stars: Great for playing offline and doesn't demand a bunch of permissions. Haven't had too much of a problem with ads either. Just in between games while the app is open. I love that you can choose to leave multiple different possible numbers in each square. This really helps you narrow down where each number is supposed to go. It is also very user friendly, which is important to me because I am not very technically inclined.
5 stars: I tried a different Sudoku app before switching to this one. The other one became more and more saturated with ads that completely disrupted the playing experience. This has ads that run along quietly at the bottom of the screen so that you can continue to play uninterrupted and choose your own moments to be distracted by them if you wish. The backgrounds change from time to time, making pleasant subtle changes.
4 stars: Overall a great game! I had some glitches early on but everything has been great since. I like the UI. It's clean and easy on the eyes. The hard puzzles are tough but not impossible. The progression path starts out really easy and stays easy for too long in my opinion.
3 stars: I don't like the colour schemes or fonts. The Beetles Suduko app looks great compared to this. Please change the colour theme options and the font options to have much much more variables. I like the idea of progressing but hate having to start on easy. There should be an option to start on more difficult puzzles.
