3 stars: The app keeps on crushing on my device although it's of the latest update. Please fix the bug. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Done with power cycling the device I'm using also. Also, I did the sign out sign in.
3 stars: I've been enjoying most of your content for a while now. I just have to say that while your app has a lot more improvements needed, it does have a lot of potential. One glaring issue is the DOWNLOADS aprt, why doesn't it work if i have no internet connection. 3 stars: Hello. I purchased a subscription on this app (P149 + Tax) and paid it via mobile (prepaid number). I was able to watch 3-4 movies under the said subscription. I received a text message informing me that my payment has been returned via mobile. Can I subscribe and still pay using my mobile number?

3 stars: I have no issues with my viewing, I was able to watch also through laptop and I never had other issues since my first month of subscription. The only thing I don't like with this app is the unavailability of UNSUBSCRIBE option which Netflix has. I think you should consider this in your next update.
