3 stars: It's quite clear that the Redfin app is tracking when you unlock your phone and are viewing it because it inevitably posts notifications the moment you unlock your phone. I have checked the permissions on the phone and nothing but location data has been offered, yet this behavior continues. It also has extremely basic search parameters and needs to allow more advanced searching and saved search editing.

I've set it to only show me 1-2 bedroom rental options within 45 minutes of work and less than $200,000 SEVERAL times and it does but it also insists on including 6 bedroom mansions 2 hours away and plots of land with nothing built on it at all. I have set it not to include \
3 stars: Not a bad overall but one major issue. There are price histories that get removed. I was watching some houses that I know had a previous price, then one day I go back and see the previous price is now blank. Confirmed on HouseSigma that there was a previous listed price.
4 stars: Used to be awesome, prior to about a month ago. Now, every time you try to exit the listing that you are viewing, it kicks you out to a map of some old listing instead of taking you back to the email list of current listings. I used to look forward to my morning Redfin emails, but now they are mostly a pain in the butt.
