5 stars: Such a convenient and useful service, and always really helpful, courteous, friendly nurses! Can get an appointment really fast (like within ten minutes or so) and save a lot of time and energy trying find a walk-in appointment. And they follow up on the condition after. I hope my insurance provider continues offering access long-term!
4 stars: I was doubtful at the beginning but wow the service is great. The application is easy to use. I had no issues connecting and getting the help I needed for my health issues. There is, however a bug in the app. Despite activating notifications for it on my phone, it is not notifying me whenever I get sent a chat message. I keep missing messages for booking my appointments. I think the app would deserve a 5* review if this could be fixed.

3 stars: They can't see your medical records. You cannot upload an attachment into the app... When you go to the website to log in and try to send the attachment, it brings you to the play store or app. Looking for healthcare providers : shows me mostly Quebec, but that's not good programing for a default as OHIP will probably not cover any services there without a lot of paperwork.
