3 stars: When it works it's great, but it only seems to work about 40% of the time, which gets very frustrating. You can spend 3 to 4 hours on support, resetting connections etc which does nothing. Then an app update appears and everything works until the next update... It's like it can only work on half of people's phones at a time and they keep swapping the updates to and fro..
4 stars: Initially, may indicate unavailable. But the multiple server privacy warning, once clicked, opens the print selection. Once the paper settings are made, the little yellow printer icon shows all is ready. One click on that, and printing begins. That little icon is new. It really is a great idea, as it lets the user know everything is set. The reminder about direct wifi connection being possible is also useful.
3 stars: Conceptually it's great. In function? Frustrating. It takes multiple attempts before it will log me in and stay logged in. Then, multiple attempts to recognize what I am attempting to accomplish within the app. Then, if it completes the job at all, it's really slow. I also feel overall quality of the product has substantially decreased.
3 stars: I only use it from my phone. It's OK, but it would be nice to set defaults I like, eg, scaling setting, I'd like FIT TO PAGE,, and not, FILL PAGE. And other defaults, be able to control/set would be nice, from my mobile phone. Ove...
