3 stars: Had app for 8 years for the price you would think when the app have problems they would offer more. Havent decided if I want to switch yet these last couple of months has cost me hundreds from the app not working properly losing this much money with no type of reimbursement when I've had over 650 people download and use your app
4 stars: So far I'm having a horrible experience I've reached out to customer service multiple times. Have been left on read from the chat options and I have yet to be able to access the app. Payment has been made maybe when I get some assistance I'll change the rating but for right now it deserves a one
3 stars: You can't link up two of the same Clients accounts so alot of them are doublers. You can't refund Clients either. I accidentally double charged. And it doesn't work on my fire tablet. I very rarely get clients through booksy itself. A little disappointing if I'm honest. Would be good to see your day when I client trys to book too instead of going back out and looking then going back to your notification.
5 stars: Using The Booksy Biz Booking App has been very helpful and exceptionally easy. I'm getting alot more bookings and it gives the clients freedom to book an appointment when they'd like without confusion. I'd recommend this booking app to anyone starting a new business that could use some organization and structure.
